Terms & Conditions

 General Terms

  • An enrolment fee per student of £70 (Primary Courses) / £50 (Secondary Courses) is payable before commencing studies.
  • All fees are payable in advance. This will be monthly, termly or annual payments.
  • Educate Excellence accepts no liability for any personal property or injury to persons.
  • Educate Excellence reserves the right  to cancel a course if it is under-subscribed. In this case, a student may choose to attend another course or receive a full refund of fees paid that month.
  • Students are expected to behave responsibly at all times and respect staff members.
  • Parents / guardians must mark weekly homework and ensure strong communication with tutors.
  • All classes are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
  • Parents / guardians will accept full liability for any damage caused by the student to the premises where courses are taught.
  • Parents / guardians understand that tuition fees are due in full, regardless of attendance.  When possible, we will always offer catch-up lessons according to availability.
  • Parents / guardians are required to give one month’s notice in writing to freeze / withdraw a student from studying at Educate Excellence.
  • Students are required to bring their own stationery i.e. pens, pencils, eraser, sharpener, ruler, etc.
 

Refund Policy 

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management on a case by case basis. 
 

Recurring Payments

  • The frequency of payments is monthly.
  • The length of the payment terms is limited to 12 months or is ongoing for the duration of your course of study, whichever is greater.
